COMPANY HISTORY

  1. BLACK EMPOWERMENT

Steve Pinkney and Gerald Lea (deceased) founded CCI in Cape Town in 1987. Under their strong, focused leadership the company grew quickly - continuously improving its service offering and growing its client base to include a large percentage of Cape- based blue chip companies. Taking cognisance of the changing nature of information technology, CCI added networking, telephony, power and building management to its range of services.

To ensure ongoing success, it secured the services of leaders in each of these fields and today offers a full service convergence solution. CCI boasts an envious profit history since it was founded 18 years ago and an enviable track record for service and technical achievements. CCI, like many other IT companies has suffered decline over the past two years, following the Y2K fallout and deteriorating IT Market locally and internationally and the global economic slowdown.

By focusing on the delivery of exceptional services and securing the services of some of the industry's technical leaders, growth opportunities can be successfully exploited and converted into a strong profit. CCI is headquartered in Pinelands, Cape Town and has representation in Johannesburg, Durban and Port Elizabeth.
